An industry leader in outsourced storage and solutions with over 30 years of experience. They are seeking an Accounts Assistant for a newly created role.

Your new role
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for accounts payable and supporting the wider finance team. Your duties will include:

  • Processing and managing invoices
  • Reconciling purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
  • Preparing and processing payment runs
  • Maintaining supplier accounts and resolving any discrepancies or issues
  • Accurately coding bank transactions into the business accounts
  • Reconciling records with the bank
  • Supporting other ad hoc duties such as payroll

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have:

  • End-to-end accounts payable experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
