A full time position is now available to work in a rapidly expanding group of companies.
This role would suit someone who has some previous accounts experience and is accustomed to working in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:
A good team player
Excellent command of English with a good telephone manner.
Good PC skills
At home in a fast-moving, pressurized environment.
Efficient and well organised
Must have an average typing speed of 40 words per minute.
Ability to use own initiative
Capable of working under pressure with a calm approach.
Able to Plan and Prioritize
Must have the right to work in the U.K
Live locally preferable
Responsibilities;
Recording of purchase invoices on Navision accounting package.
Supplier statement reconciliation
Preparation of Food costs from till rolls and closing stocks.
Preparation of stock transfer and stock movement journals, along with price monitoring.
Payroll clocking checks against payroll reports.
Preparation of payroll transfer journals
Preparation of reports for management on weekly basis.
Dealing with suppliers, customers and other related parties on ad hoc basis.
Daily Banking and ad hoc photocopying/filing work.
Hours:
9.00 Am – 6.00 pm (flexibility is required)
Salary:
NMW offered.
