RG Consultancy are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support a busy Finance Department in a well-established motor trade company. You will raise and process sales invoices, handle daily banking, and manage supplier payments and statements.

Joining a collaborative team, you will maintain accurate ledgers, assist with payroll queries, and ensure compliance with company procedures. Hybrid working and study support for AAT are available.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a busy Finance Department.
• Strong written and spoken communication within finance teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Support the day-to-day running of the Finance Department.
• Raise and process sales invoices.
• Daily bank transactions and supplier payments.
• Manage supplier statements and discrepancies.
• Process purchase orders and maintain records.
• Maintain creditor accounts and supplier/customer queries.
• Assist with payroll queries and administration.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
