Job summary

Metro Rod LTD at its Macclesfield Support Centre is recruiting for a full-time payments role. You will manage payments to Franchisees, maintain ledgers, and issue reconciliations to support financial targets, while liaising with franchisees and internal teams.

The role suits someone with prior experience in a similar position, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with NetSuite or ERP systems. Hybrid working is available; apply to join a growing Franchise Brands unit.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence with spreadsheets.
• Experience with NetSuite or an ERP system is preferred.
• Excellent telephone manner and clear communication with Franchisees.

Responsibilities

• Pay Franchisees and prepare payment files.
• Maintain system for management fee rates and reconciliations.
• Process invoices and Franchisee statements accurately and on time.
• Raise Sales invoices and reconcile Franchisee accounts.
• Maintain financial data across systems and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end processes and respond to payment queries with operational teams.
• Induct new Franchisees on payment processes and post journals between ledgers.
