Qualifications

• A sound knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Previous experience in an accounts or finance based position.

Responsabilités

• Match supplier invoices against purchase orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and correctly processed.
• Manage employee expense claims and petty cash transactions.
• Carry out supplier statement reconciliations, investigating and resolving any differences identified.
• Assist with the preparation and processing of supplier payments, including BACS and cheque runs.
• Support with month end tasks such as journals, reconciliations and reporting.
• Provide general accounting support to colleagues across the finance department as needed.
