A leading manufacturing business in Ferndown is seeking a Temporary Accounts Assistant for 6 months to 1 year. The role involves processing invoices, managing expenses, and supporting credit control in a hybrid working environment. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are essential for this position.
Temporary Accounts Assistant required for a manufacturing business based in the Ferndown area for a minimum of 6 months possibly to 1 year.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you would take responsibility for a high volume of purchase and sales invoices processing within multi-currency and multiple entities. You will assist with staff expenses, payment runs and vendor statements, Credit Control and month end reporting.
You will be highly organised with excellent time management and able to switch between AP and AR tasks with ease. You must have very good Excel skills and experience of NetSuite would be a distinct advantage but a good ERP otherwise. Initial training would be on site for 2-3 weeks, then hybrid working. Excellent working environment, onsite parking, friendly team.
