Temporary Accounts Assistant required for a manufacturing business based in the Ferndown area for a minimum of 6 months, possibly extending to 1 year.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of purchase and sales invoices within multiple currencies and entities. You will assist with staff expenses, payment runs, vendor statements, credit control, and month-end reporting.
You should be highly organized, with excellent time management skills, and able to switch between AP and AR tasks easily. Strong Excel skills are essential, and experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems would be advantageous. Initial training will be on-site for 2-3 weeks, followed by hybrid working. The role offers an excellent working environment, onsite parking, and a friendly team.
