Job summary

Sytner High Wycombe is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team. You will support day-to-day accounting across Sales, Purchase and Vehicle Ledgers, including cash postings and bank reconciliations, and assist the Dealership Accountant and Management with ad-hoc duties.

All applicants should have experience in accounting routines and a good eye for detail. Knowledge of CDK/Kerridge and MS Office is useful, and the role may include weekend work to maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting routines including stock checks and month-end reconciliations.
• Knowledge of CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and MS Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day functions of the accounts department, from Sales, Purchase and Vehicle Ledgers to daily cash postings and bank reconciliations.
• Assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team with ad‑hoc duties as required.
