Are you confident with numbers, comfortable handling complex queries, and looking to take the next step in your finance career?

Based in our Finance Shared Service Centre, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that supports our nationwide network of retailers. With over 140 team members and a focus on continual growth and development, we’re dedicated to offering limitless opportunities for career development.

You will be a natural problem‑solver, confident in communicating with internal teams and external customers to ensure queries are resolved quickly and accurately. You will handle credit checks, overdue accounts, track queries, review aged debt reports, and provide excellent customer service in this fast‑paced, hybrid role. You will work physically from Head Office for three days per week, with flexibility to work from home for two days per week.

Under this role, you could be involved with:

  • Prioritising and proactively chasing overdue debt in line with group policy and compliance frameworks
  • Managing inbound and outbound communications (via phone, email and Zendesk) to ensure timely resolution of credit‑related queries
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies or disputes, collaborating with dealership teams and external customers to identify root causes and drive resolution
  • Processing key documentation such as remittances, copy invoices and statements to support reconciliations and ensure accurate postings
  • Performing credit checks for new and existing customers, helping mitigate financial risk across the business
  • Completing tasks that support the month‑end close process to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity
  • Using third‑party portals and internal systems to retrieve documentation and ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and contributing to projects that enhance team efficiency and service levels

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive and self‑motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI, Zendesk, or Credit Assist is desirable

Benefits:

  • Enjoy 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), giving you more time to relax, recharge, and do what you love
  • Celebrate your special day with an extra day off on your birthday
  • Our industry‑leading Family Leave Policies ensure you’re supported when it matters most
  • Take a paid day to volunteer and give back to a cause close to your heart
  • We believe in recognising dedication and loyalty, that’s why we celebrate long‑service milestone anniversaries
  • Unlock your potential with tailored training and endless career growth opportunities
  • Commute for less with our cycle‑to‑work scheme
  • Access high‑street discounts to make the everyday a little more rewarding
  • Earn rewards through our internal referral scheme
