Accounts Assistant - Nr Newquay - To: £22-25,000 - Full time or Part time - Permanent

Trial Balance Consulting have been exclusively engaged to assist an innovative hospitality business who have experienced phenomenal growth and look set to have a very busy year ahead of them. The company is based in modern offices on the outskirts of Newquay. They currently seek to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of many areas of the accounting function.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Assist with accounts payable and receivable
2. Bank reconciliations
3. Monitoring of aged debtor
4. Input and maintenance of Sage based accounting platform

We’re seeking a candidate with a minimum of 18 month’s recently gained finance exposure, ideally spanning the full function. Candidates can be either part/fully AAT qualified or qualified by experience and should possess good IT aptitude (ideally Sage based). The role works within a busy, friendly and fast-paced department where excellent communication skills will be a must!
