Qualifications

Nuts and Bolts of the Job

• Prepare daily sales reports and post them to Exact
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and debt collection
• Handle cashiering, banking, and cash flow management
• Weekly tasks include supplier payments, updating cash flow forecasts, and managing collections from machines
• Month-end duties involve stocktakes, cash counting, reconciliation, and ensuring all transactions are posted
• Assist with audit preparations, guest ledger updates, and chargeback disputes

Your Rock Star Experience

• Part-qualified AAT, ACCA, or ACA with at least 2 years hospitality experience
• Degree or diploma in accountancy with similar experience
• QBE considered based on experience
• Experience with PMS and accounting software (Generator uses MEWS and Exact)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
