A family owned company in Grimsby is seeking an Accounts Assistant to provide additional support. You will be required to process purchase and sales ledger, reconciliations, banking, credit control as well as all accounts related administration. This can be a full time OR part time assignment with flexible working hours and would suit applicants with varied accounts knowledge and a willingness to assist others in the team.
THE ROLE
Full time OR part time, flexible start/finish times, office based, temporary assignment.
To assist the accounts department processing purchase & sales ledger invoices, reconciliations, credit control.
Manage associated admin and account queries to a successful resolution.
Accounts knowledge is required as is a willingness to assist others.
THE CANDIDATE
Good knowledge of accounts duties esp. purchase and sales ledger, reconciliations, credit control and managing accounts queries / admin.
Possession of high levels of accuracy and a professional work attitude.
Organised, pro active and show common sense and a logical thought process.
Willingness to assist others in the team.
Immediate availability and commitment.
