A leading property management firm in Cambridge seeks an experienced Accounts Assistant for its Client Accounting Team. In this key role, you will manage client and property accounting functions, including preparing statements and month-end reports. The ideal candidate will have an AAT qualification or be studying towards it and possess strong Excel and numeracy skills. We're looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Client Accounting Team at our Head Office in Cambridge, supporting our dynamic Investment and Property Management (IPM) department.
Our IPM team of 60 property specialists manages client property portfolios across the UK, and alongside them, our dedicated 15‑strong Client Accounting team provide accounting functions for the wider team and their clients.
In this role, you'll handle all aspects of client and property accounting for a small portfolio, from producing statements and month‑end reporting, to reconciling service charges and monitoring budgets. Working closely with Client Accountants, Property Managers and Administrators, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial processes and exceptional client service.
