Key Responsibilities:

1. Bank and credit card reconciliations
2. Supplier statement reconciliations
3. Credit control duties such as setting up new customer accounts
4. Debt collection via telephone, email, and letter
5. Handling petty cash
6. Preparation of payment runs
7. Other ad hoc duties in finance

Skills:

• Strong IT skills including MS Excel

The Ideal Candidate:

• Able to communicate well with other departments within the business
• AAT qualified or studying would be an advantage but not essential
• Monday - Friday, with flexible start and finish times
