Job summary

Join a leading real estate organization as an Accounts Administrator, where you'll play a key role in supporting financial processes and delivering superior service. With responsibilities spanning daily bank allocations, dispute resolutions, and maintaining financial trackers, you’ll contribute to the effective management of accounts while ensuring meticulous accuracy. Job description

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about financial accuracy?

GRG are currently working with a leading real estate organisation to recruit a proactive Accounts Administrator to join their team. This is a key role in supporting financial processes and delivering premium service to your stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate daily bank transfers to tenant accounts with high accuracy.

  • Maintain and update financial trackers to aid reconciliation.

  • Handle daily tasks related to payments, deposit disputes, and account adjustments.

  • Manage inquiries and provide an excellent standard of service.

  • Raise disputes, gather and submit comprehensive evidence, and liaise with stakeholders.

  • Ensure all disputes are accurately recorded and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Monitor and manage cases within the relevant portal to aid operational delivery.

  • Support healthy cash flow by following up with debtor accounts.

  • Collaborative team-working and a flexible approach to aid the smooth running of the department.



About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role, Accounts Administrator, Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant.

  • Ability to learn and work with multiple systems, including property management software.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).

  • Collaborative, motivated, solution-focused - with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure while retaining careful attention to detail.

This is a permanent opportunity with a salary range of (phone number removed) per annum.
