Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Belfast
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time

The Company:

Our client is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their busy Finance team. The company is locally owned and well known within the care industry. You will report directly to the FC and act as key support for the Finance function.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
2. Prepare and post monthly journals.
3. Conduct sales reconciliations to verify transaction records.
4. Assist with year-end audit processes.

Requirements:

• Experience with Sage 50 is desirable.
• Knowledge / experience of MS Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
