Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and maintain the Purchase Ledger.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice queries.
• Support Credit Control activities and contact customers on outstanding invoices.
• Post and process journal entries under supervision.
• Provide general admin support to the Finance team.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with financial procedures.
• Undertake other duties to support the Finance department.
