Act as the financial controller for a diverse portfolio of regional SME clients, overseeing their annual financial compliance, accounting needs, and day‑to‑day business issues.
Apply UK GAAP (specifically FRS 102 and FRS 105) to deliver high‑quality financial statement reporting and practical technical solutions to clients across multiple industries.
Manage assignment profitability, oversee end‑to‑end project timelines, manage billing, and maintain premium client care and trust.
Train, mentor, and line manage junior team members, offering constructive feedback and active coaching to support their professional growth.
