Trinity Professional is seeking a capable finance professional to handle a broad range of transactional accounting duties, including sales ledger, purchase ledger, credit control, banking and reconciliations.

Working with the finance team, you will ensure records are accurate, processes run smoothly and accounting queries are resolved promptly. The role offers stability and opportunities to develop accounting skills.

Formación

• Experience in transactional accounting or Accounts Technician role.
• Knowledge of sales ledger, purchase ledger and credit control procedures.
• Experience reconciling bank statements and supplier statements.
• Understanding of routine accounting principles and VAT.

Responsabilidades

• Process and issue customer invoices against orders and documentation.
• Maintain customer accounts and monitor overdue payments.
• Process supplier invoices and match against POs/GRNs.
• Post and reconcile bank transactions using Sage 200; assist with cash-flow reporting.
• Prepare ledger reports and support external audits.
