The Global Demand Manager in the Accounting Technology domain oversees a diverse portfolio of programs and domain transformations. This role is vital for creating visibility of demand, progress, and risks at the domain level, ensuring accountability within federated implementation groups. The manager collaborates closely with business and technology teams to meet strategic goals, aligning programs with overall objectives. The position suits someone with a strong background in program management, demand management, stakeholder engagement, and software engineering delivery.

The Accounting Technology Domain is a global team of over 800 professionals, partnering across finance, front office, operations, and regulatory functions to deliver key initiatives and products, starting from T+1 Product Control and providing essential information to the General Ledger from Transaction and Hedge Accounting.

Your skills and experience

• Background in software engineering and delivery, with hands-on experience preferred
• Extensive program management experience, managing large-scale, complex programs, including Agile frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Risk management expertise
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership and team motivation abilities
