Job summary

TC Group in Belfast, Northern Ireland, is seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to lead an international accounting team and oversee service delivery across the UK and India. The role focuses on process improvement, automation and AI adoption within a fast-growing professional services firm.

You will work with senior leaders to shape delivery, manage talent and drive innovative solutions in a hybrid working environment. 37.5 hours per week, with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Strong practice background with experience reviewing statutory accounts and compliance work to a high technical standard.

• Familiarity with AI agents, workflow automation and emerging technologies.

Accounting Operations Manager Leadership & International Team Management

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, plus the opportunity to participate in a discretionary annual bonus scheme.

Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland

Hybrid Working: Flexible hybrid model, typically 2 to 3 days per week in our Belfast office. More office time may be expected during onboarding to support training, team integration and knowledge transfer

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Holiday : 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 5 days)
