Job summary

Langham Hall Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager in Guernsey to lead a growing team delivering accounting services for real estate and private equity clients. You will oversee statutory financial statements, consolidations, and investor reporting, ensuring IFRS and UK GAAP compliance while coaching junior staff and coordinating with senior leaders for smooth onboarding of new business.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with 3–5 years PQE and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 3–5 years post-qualification experience.
• Solid understanding of IFRS, UK GAAP and related accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting team to deliver services for real estate and private equity clients.
• Oversee statutory financial statements and consolidations in line with accounting standards.
• Manage investor reporting, treasury sign-offs, and client communications to ensure timely deliverables.
• Coach junior staff, set objectives, and monitor workload and performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines and internal controls.
