Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead client engagements within a growing professional services firm. You will develop high-performing teams, deliver exceptional service across a diverse portfolio, and own projects from planning through to delivery.

You will manage client relationships, oversee delivery of complex assignments, and guide junior team members to ensure high-quality results, on time and within budget. Strong leadership and commercial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102.
• Experience managing a client portfolio within a professional services environment.
• Proven people management and coaching experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to business development and client growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of clients and oversee delivery of complex assignments.
• Coach and review work of junior team members to ensure quality and timeliness.
