Job summary

Zurich Insurance invites applications for a three-year Accounting Graduate Programme, offering three one-year rotations across accounting teams. Trainees will study toward ACCA or CIMA qualifications while contributing to real projects that add value to the business and customers.

Participants will gain exposure to senior managers, receive mentoring, and work on process improvements, financial analysis, and MI development within a supportive, structured environment.

Qualifications

• Indefinite right to work in the UK; no sponsorship.
• Hybrid work model; commuting distance to the office stated.
• Office-based for part of the scheme to support training and networking.
• Preference for a numeric degree but not essential; passion for accounting matters.
• Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree, predicted or achieved within 3 years.
• At least 96 UCAS points from 3 A-Levels (or equivalent).
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across accounting teams over three one-year rotations.
• Study towards ACCA or CIMA alongside rotations.
• Contribute to process transformation and financial support projects.
