2025 marks the tenth season of MoneyGram Haas F1 Team in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. We are committed to challenging the status quo and invite you to join us. Position Overview

Location: Kannapolis, NC, USA. Reports to: Accounting Manager or designee. The Accounting Analyst is vital for daily finance operations, ensuring best practices in accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and general ledger transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Collaboration: Promote effective communication and teamwork across departments.
2. Accounts Payable: Manage vendor setups, invoice processing, query resolution, statement reconciliation, and payments. Prepare payment proposals mid-month and at month-end.
3. Accounts Receivable: Handle customer setup, invoicing, queries, statements, and collections.
4. Treasury: Oversee banking payments, record bank entries in ERP, reconcile bank statements, and manage general ledger entries for month-end reporting.
5. Additional Support: Assist with credit card and expense reports, ERP upgrades, audit documentation, and adhere to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication, MS Office (especially Excel), and understanding of role processes.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a team, with a positive attitude, and attention to detail.

Equipment & Environment

Use of Microsoft Office and D365. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, with occasional travel, long hours, and physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds. Work involves machinery, race cars, and hazardous materials, following safety policies.
