Position Overview

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our finance team in Kannapolis, NC. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role involves managing daily finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and general ledger transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promote teamwork and effective communication across departments.
2. Accounts Payable: Manage vendor setups, invoice processing, statement reconciliations, and payments.
3. Accounts Receivable: Handle customer setups, invoicing, collections, and resolving invoice queries.
4. Treasury: Administer payments, record bank entries, reconcile bank statements, and manage general ledger entries.
5. Support credit card and expense reporting, assist with ERP upgrades, and prepare audit documentation.

Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.

Work Environment

This role requires working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and manual dexterity. Flexibility for domestic and international travel, long hours, and weekends is necessary. Safety compliance is mandatory.
