TPF Recruitment in Guildford is seeking an Outsourced Senior Manager to lead client portfolios and deliver strategic financial insight for a diverse SME client base. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping finance function strategies while guiding a team within an outsourcing context.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in an outsourcing function within an accountancy practice.
• Proven leadership experience, managing and developing teams.
• Strong background working with UK SMEs across sectors.
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to drive financial strategy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence presenting financial information to senior stakeholders.

The Role
