Job summary

You will manage a varied portfolio, prepare year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, and handle personal and corporate tax returns with supporting VAT and bookkeeping work.

You will build strong client relationships, work closely with senior colleagues, and manage your own workload with accuracy and good communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in an accountancy practice.
• Able to prepare year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and companies.
• Experience with VAT returns and bookkeeping.
• Strong client communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
• Prepare personal and corporate tax returns.
• Complete VAT returns and bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist with management accounts and other accounting tasks.
• Build strong client relationships and respond to day-to-day queries.
• Work with senior staff to ensure deadlines are met.
