ABOUT YOU

As the Account, you will need to be used to working independently and autonomously. You will be used to working to deadlines and have great time management skills. You will be a detail-orientated individual with a right first-time attitude.

Required skills and experience:

  • To communicate with a wide variety of colleagues from within the business, including building relationships and contacts and facilitate future exchange of information.
  • Strong IT literacy and numeracy skills with the knowledge of calculating and tabulating results.
  • Communication skills with the ability to clearly convey processes, results, and key messages.
  • Understanding of appropriate systems and procedures relevant to Accounts/Administration processes.
  • Communication and customer care skills.
  • Full understanding and enforcement of relevant regulatory requirements and quality procedures.
  • Effective time and work management.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Account, you will be a key member of the Operations Accounts/Administrative Team and will be required to provide financial & accountancy assistance and support to the Office Admin, Site Leaders/Management, in the effective and efficient delivery of a wide range of activities and support systems across the whole Wilton operation.

Key activities:
  • Financial Activities - Sales Invoicing, Purchase Ledger invoices.
  • Accounting - Credit checks & setting up new customers and Vendors in systems.
  • Month End Procedures - Reporting Accrual Requests, Month End WIP Reports, review of Profit/Loss reporting.
  • Manage and support Accounts Assistant/Admin person.
  • Provide an Accounts/Administration Support Service across all Wilton Laboratory operational activities.
