• Comprehensive Sales and 360 Recruitment Process: manage from job briefings to negotiating offers and closing deals.
• Proactive Candidate Sourcing: use job boards, referrals, headhunting, and LinkedIn Recruiter to find and interview candidates.
• Strategic Relationship Building: maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, provide expert guidance.
• Collaborative Success: work with colleagues to maximise branch success and cross-sell Reed services.
