Reed is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the Crawley team, focusing on the Accountancy sector. You will drive the full recruitment process from briefing to placement, while building strong client relationships and proactively sourcing candidates.

Open to recent graduates and those with no recruitment experience, the role offers a salary of £27,500–£35,000 per year plus uncapped commission, with clear career growth and recognition opportunities within a high-energy team.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement, including candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, and closing deals.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, referrals, and headhunting techniques; assess fit and promote opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue and repeat business.
• Collaborate with team to maximise cross-selling and contribute to branch success.
