Join The Tersus Team as an Accounts Administrator

Salary: £24,570 per year, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Cardiff, CF15

Requirements

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Dive into the action by helping our Account Managers maintain customer accounts, ensuring smooth sailing for our clients
  • Handle client communications, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries
  • Work closely with internal teams to tackle customer requests and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service every time
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for client meetings
  • Collaborate with our sales team to spot potential areas for account growth, ensuring our clients are always getting the best we have to offer

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role
  • Communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills are key to staying on top of tasks
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) would be a fantastic addition to your skill set
