Role/Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing sourcing strategies aligned with client requirements and managing all strategic sourcing and procurement activities across all Work Place Management (WPM) service lines.
• Deliver all S&P targets related to the client account.
• Represent JLL S&P in client meetings and forums, ensuring adherence to all communication and documentation standards.
• Lead negotiations and achieve savings targets.
• Track and report savings and procurement activities via relevant platforms.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports, including supplier reviews, analytics, savings, and risk assessments.
• Oversee procurement planning, RFP management, bid analysis, and liaise with client governance for contract approvals.
• Manage account resources and ensure all supplier details and contracts are current and compliant.
• Maintain relationships with preferred suppliers and review performance as per framework agreements.
• Provide regular performance reporting and support transformation activities, audits, and training.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with tools, systems, regulations, and policies across regions.
• Support supplier onboarding, account transitions, and develop ESG strategies with the support of the ESG lead.
• Facilitate stakeholder surveys, report results, and implement actions.
