You’ll operate from the Twyford office with a basic salary up to £40,000 plus uncapped commission, and ambitious OTE targets (£60k Year 1, £72k Year 2, £88k+ Year 3).

This role emphasizes sales conversion, account growth and margin, with ongoing training, career progression and a supportive team in modern offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, telesales or an account management role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to qualified inbound sales enquiries.
• Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Convert warm opportunities into profitable sales.
• Manage and develop your own portfolio of client accounts.
• Build strong, long‑term customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and margin.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate commercially and close business.
• Manage your pipeline accurately through the CRM.
