Account Manager (UK/EU Region)

Hybrid – Essex-based preferred | Travel across UK/EU as needed

Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of client accounts across the UK and Europe.
  • Deliver engaging onboarding, training, and ongoing product support.
  • Manage account renewals, prepare proposals, and track opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within your accounts.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally — advocating for their needs and helping shape the roadmap.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all client interactions and documentation.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills — you’re great with people and love helping them succeed.
  • Experience managing a revenue-owning book of business and driving account growth.
  • Excellent training, support, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort working with data, analysis tools, or research-heavy environments.
  • Experience in market research, analytics, or insights industries is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are welcome but not required.
  • Automotive interest or experience is a bonus — but definitely not essential.
