Is this role for you?

Reporting into an Account Director, your role is to generate UK linear sponsorship and multi-platform partnership advertising revenue from a specific set of media agencies. The Paramount brands operating in the UK are 5, Paramount+, Pluto, MTV, Comedy Central and Nickelodeon.

What will you be doing?

Generate linear sponsorship and multi-platform partnership revenue through promoting the benefits of partnerships with our brands to agencies.

Build and hold strong relationships with agency partnership teams.

Deliver the sales strategy and ensure the revenue target for your group of agencies is met.

Collaborate with the wider Paramount Advertising International team, including Creative

Resources to produce best in class pitches.

A relentless focus on maintaining high quality output and the ambition to pursue and deliver award-winning work.

To be a key stakeholder in the deal to air process, ensuring that the Client Services team are supported to deliver the partnership as planned.

To actively reinforce a positive culture within the team, embracing Paramount values.

What are we looking for?

The ability to interpret partnership briefs and through the sourcing of relevant insight, produce creative pitches that will drive revenue

Understanding of the key roles within agencies

Proven experience in selling sponsorships and cross-platform partnerships

Knowledge of the role and the costs associated with each media platform within a cross-platform partnership

Ofcom Sponsorship regulations knowledge

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, able to multitask across a variety of workstreams

Communication

A good presenter and the ability to write and deliver engaging sales pitches

The ability to motivate key stakeholders within Paramount to support the work of the team

A leader of client meetings, providing clients with confidence in Paramount partnerships

Maintain excellent internal relationships with all departments within the Paramount International team and wider Paramount Global network
