• 2 years' experience in recruitment managing client accounts.
• Self-starter who enjoys a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to learn new skills and develop sector knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, building relationships with them.
• Source, qualify and reference candidates, liaising confidently with them.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of candidates.
• Develop knowledge of your sector and grow a contacts base.
• Fulfill client vacancies and create a smooth candidate journey.
• Attend networking events, business trips and customer meetings.
• Negotiate salaries between parties.
