Job summary

Source 4 is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support the sales process, manage customer relationships and coordinate projects from order placement through to delivery. You will work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure orders move smoothly and customers are kept informed.

The role blends sales administration with project coordination, requiring strong organisation, proactive communication and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Administration, Internal Sales, Customer Service, Account Management or Project Coordination.
• Experience in large format print, signage, graphics, exhibition or manufacturing.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple orders, projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Customer-focused with a professional and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and day-to-day enquiries.
• Prepare, manage and follow up quotations.
• Coordinate projects from order through to completion.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely project updates.
• Maintain accurate CRM and MIS records.
• Manage customer queries and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and account development.
• Ensure customer specifications and project information are clearly communicated internally.
• Maintain commercial awareness when managing costs, specifications and customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
