Why Rightmove New Homes?

Rightmove New Homes is the UK’s favourite marketplace for new-build properties, giving developers a dedicated platform to showcase their homes to a broad audience of home-buyers. With bespoke marketing tools, targeted campaigns, and data-driven insights, we help our Partners stand out and generate high-quality leads.

Joining our New Homes team means becoming a trusted partner to developers, helping them maximise their exposure, understand their performance, and connect with more buyers. It’s a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll have the chance to shape strategies, deliver innovative campaigns, and make a tangible impact on our clients’ success.

This role requires a highly driven, focused sales professional who thrives on winning new customers, challenging the status quo, consistently identifying and converting upsell opportunities, and delivering sustained revenue growth.

What you'll do:

  • Be the trusted partner
Meet Partners face-to-face, deepen connections through clear stakeholder management and ensure relationships at many levels but particularly at decision making level.
  • Grow your portfolio
Manage and develop a portfolio of New Homes accounts, alongside a current priority of new business activity.
  • Win new business relentlessly
Proactively identify, prospect and convert new customers across your patch, using a range of outbound activity including cold outreach, networking and targeted account mapping.
  • Hunt for growth within your patch
Continuously uncover new revenue opportunities across both new developments and existing partners, driving expansion through upsell, cross-sell and re-engagement of dormant accounts.
  • Own the full sales cycle
From prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and close, taking full accountability for building, progressing and converting pipeline.
  • Sell with insight and challenge
Lead commercially focused conversations using data, insight and market trends to challenge customer thinking, influence decision-makers and position high-value solutions.
  • Drive urgency and outcomes
Maintain strong momentum across opportunities, confidently handling objections and pushing deals forward to close at pace.
  • Build senior relationships
Engage key stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted commercial partner while maintaining a sharp focus on revenue growth.
  • Collaborate for impact
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth account management, accurate billing, and clear reporting.
  • Live our values
Represent Rightmove with curiosity, collaboration and a commitment to continuous improvement, while helping to build an environment where everyone feels they belong.

Who you are:

You consistently generate and win new business in a B2B environment and thrive on the challenge of building something from scratch.
  • Highly resilient and tenacious
You bounce back quickly from setbacks, stay motivated under pressure, and maintain energy and focus in a target-driven environment.
  • Comfortable challenging customers
You don’t just take briefs - you push back, reframe problems and drive better commercial outcomes through a challenger sale approach.
  • Obsessed with winning and growth
You are competitive, results-driven and motivated by exceeding targets, with a strong sense of ownership over your performance.
  • Naturally proactive
You spot opportunities others miss, act quickly, and take initiative to unlock revenue across your territory.
  • Commercially sharp
You understand how to position value, justify investment and link solutions directly to customer outcomes and ROI.
