Salary: £45k plus bonus
Based: Hybrid & Two Days in Buckinghamshire Office
Contract Type: The role is a temporary role to provide maternity cover for a year
This role is 50% account management & 50% administration. Our client is the UK trade body for companies engaged in vehicle rental, leasing and fleet management.
Our client has a varied training and development programme for members, including traditional classroom-style training courses, instructor-led online training courses, an online e-Learning platform for compliance and governance, and a skills accreditation programme for individuals.
Their programmes are internally and externally monitored for quality-assurance purposes. In the role, you will support the Head of Learning and Development with the Account Management, Marketing & New Business targets.
You will manage the administration of client portfolios of instructor-led courses by administering training functions in a timely, courteous and cost-efficient manner. You will monitor, complete, and review, where appropriate, a learning needs analysis for members and build this into a Sales & Marketing plan.
In the role, you will promote awareness and drive sales of the services provided by the Learning & Development department and handle inbox training enquiries ensuring that members’ training needs are identified and met.
