Pareto in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Trainee Account Manager to learn the business, understand the marketplace, and help drive growth across mid- to large-sized enterprises. The role offers clear progression paths from trainee to senior roles and is supported by comprehensive internal and external training.

You will support senior account managers, proactively develop relationships with new clients via prospecting, LinkedIn and targeted emails, and after 9–12 months begin meeting

Qualifications

• Degree level education supported by English-language proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support senior account managers with growth into larger accounts.
• Independently manage and sell to lower spend accounts.
• Develop relationships with new clients via prospecting, LinkedIn and emails.
• Understand customer needs and articulate solutions effectively.
• After 9–12 months, start meeting clients face to face and take responsibility for relationships.
