Job summary

Pareto is seeking a Trainee Account Manager in the UK to join a fast-growing team. You will learn Pareto's offering, prospect new clients and support senior managers to expand accounts across mid to large UK enterprises.

Initially you will build relationships, refine your sales skills, and after 9–12 months begin meeting clients face-to-face, taking on greater responsibility for the business relationships and driving growth with confidence.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ambitious and determined.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a comprehensive working knowledge of Pareto's offering and the marketplace.
• Support senior account managers with up and cross selling into larger accounts.
• Independently manage and sell to lower spend accounts.
• Develop relationships with new clients via prospecting, LinkedIn and strategic emails.
• Develop an understanding of customers' needs and sell appropriate solutions.
• After 9–12 months, start meeting clients face to face and take responsibility for business relationships.
