Veracity Marketing, a busy Advertising & Creative Agency near Chester, is looking for an ambitious Account Manager. This hands-on role offers genuine client contact, responsibility, and exposure to projects across advertising, branding, packaging, digital and social campaigns.

You will work closely with clients and creative teams to take briefs, manage timelines, budgets and deliverables, and ensure everything stays on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ agency experience in advertising, creative, design or integrated agency.
• Confident dealing directly with clients and building strong relationships.
• Well organised, commercially aware and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive with initiative and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day client relationships and being a proactive point of contact.
• Taking briefs, understanding client requirements and turning them into clear actions.
• Managing multiple projects and keeping timings, budgets and deliverables on track.
• Coordinating with creative teams to brief, coordinate and progress work.
• Keeping clients updated and managing expectations throughout campaigns.
• Spotting potential issues before they arise and finding practical solutions.
• Coordinating feedback and ensuring amends are clear and understood.
• Looking for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
