Are you interested in working for a Swiss luxury brand known for pioneering cellular anti-aging Therapies?

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our North Region, responsible for managing our counter at Harvey Nichols in Leeds. You will oversee one Beauty Consultant, develop effective weekly business plans, and work towards maximizing retail performance targets. You will be solely accountable for the sales and performance of the account, with opportunities to connect in Leeds, recruit new customers, and utilize our beauty room for customer experience enhancements and hosting counter animations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales using La Prairie’s selling and training guidelines, including creating outreach opportunities and partnering with your host store to deliver the ultimate La Prairie experience.
  • Conduct daily traffic stops in-store to recruit prospective clients.
  • Invite customers for skincare consultations to identify their needs.
  • Organize external events to generate sales and attract new clients.
  • Maintain the counter's exemplary standards and communicate effectively with all relevant La Prairie departments.
Qualifications

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (desired).
  • Experience providing high-quality skincare treatments.
