Job Description:

The role

This position is primarily focused on client engagement and exploring additional business opportunities within existing accounts. It is not a sales role.

Duties will include:
  1. Using knowledge of clients and key accounts to cross-sell and up-sell to meet monthly gross profit targets
  2. Being the main point of contact for larger, managed clients
  3. Providing expert advice on products and building strong relationships with clients
  4. Making proactive calls to managed clients to support the growth and retention of accounts
  5. Supporting all teams and contributing to the success of the department and company
Experience, competencies, and knowledge required:
  1. Previous account management, cross-selling, and up-selling experience
  2. Excellent customer service and client relationship skills
  3. Good computer skills
  4. Self-driven, motivated, with strong communication skills
  5. Driver with own transport (due to workplace location)
