A respected global logistics company in Southampton seeks a customer-focused logistics professional to manage and develop a portfolio of accounts. The ideal candidate will have freight forwarding experience and strong communication skills.   • Freight forwarding / logistics experience required.
  • Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset.
  • Commercially aware and comfortable with details.
  • Good problem-solver who builds trust quickly.
  • Confident working with data and MS Office.
  • Full UK driving licence necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts.

  • Monitor performance, KPIs and customer deliverables.

  • Produce and review reports and customer data.
  • Attend customer visits and internal meetings.

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts

  • Update rate sheets and tariffs as required
  • Monitor performance, KPIs and customer deliverables
  • Identify opportunities for added value and growth
  • Liaise with operations for smooth service delivery
  • Support debtor management and query resolution
  • Produce and review reports and customer data
  • Attend customer visits and internal meetings
