Job Title: Account Manager - Live Events, AV, Audio Visual

Location: Tewkesbury

The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Account Manager to join our client's team and help deliver world-class value across a variety of events and industries!

About the Role:

As the Technical Partnerships Manager, you will take charge of generating new business during quieter periods, focusing on IT/Networks sectors like festivals, conferences, exhibitions, and outdoor events. You will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless transitions of accounts to the account management team. This role will have you working closely with both the sales and operational teams, playing a key role in driving the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/Networks sector, focusing on events such as festivals, conferences, exhibitions, and more.
  • Develop and implement strategies to effectively reach and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored proposals to meet those needs.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring consistent service and value.
  • Pitch products and services to both new and existing clients, expanding the company's reach and portfolio.
  • Support the Partnerships Director to achieve set targets and contribute to the company's overall goals.
  • Take accountability for quality control, ensuring the correct equipment specifications are met across all projects, both assigned and ongoing.
  • Be flexible with weekend working when required to meet business needs.
  • Meet and deliver on all KPIs set for business growth and client satisfaction.
