We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Account Manager to join our client's team and help deliver world-class value across a variety of events and industries!

About the Role:

As the Technical Partnerships Manager, you will generate new business during quieter periods, focusing on IT/Networks sectors like festivals, conferences, exhibitions, and outdoor events. You will develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless transitions of accounts to the account management team. This role involves close collaboration with sales and operational teams to drive the company's growth.

This company supplies innovative audio visual and IT equipment solutions, combined with trusted, friendly service for all sizes of indoor and outdoor events in the UK, Europe, and Worldwide. Their technical expertise and extensive inventory of AV and IT technologies enable them to serve clients across all industries, from initial concept to event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/Networks sector, focusing on festivals, conferences, exhibitions, and more.
  • Develop strategies to reach and secure new business.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored proposals.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Pitch products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Support the Partnerships Director to achieve targets and contribute to overall goals.
  • Ensure quality control and equipment specifications across projects.
  • Be flexible with weekend working when required.
  • Meet KPIs for business growth and client satisfaction.
