Jisc is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of university and agency clients, becoming their trusted partner for Prospects products and services. You will build strong relationships, uncover needs, and drive revenue using data and market insights to shape effective account strategies.
You will deliver compelling presentations, both online and in person, and identify new buying opportunities, ensuring customer success through high satisfaction and adoption of our solutions.
Salary: c£29,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience) +bonus+ comprehensive benefits package

Working style: Hybrid - A blend of working from home and the Manchester hub office.
Meeting in person is something we value, so you may need to travel on occasion to other offices. Due to the nature of the role, applicants should ideally live within Manchester or within easy commuting distance.

Using data and market insights, you'll spot student trends, shape account strategies, and provide evidence-based recommendations that create real commercial impact.
