Benchmark Staffing Solutions is looking to speak to experienced Recruitment Consultants who are looking for an Account Management opportunity, managing the day to day relationship on a multiple exclusive client accounts. No cold BD is required.

The role will involve filling exclusive roles with the client, as well as being the point of contact between the client and the business, ensuring SLAs are met and that the relationship continues to flourish.

Personality is key - our client is looking for someone warm, engaging, eloquent with exceptional relationship building skills.

Any White Collar recruitment experience will be considered, with market training provided from the outset.

Salary will be c.£30,000 plus commission with 2 days WFH, in an inclusive, encouraging environment.
